The Only Food Source

Accept this Quest then head to the empty room across the item shop. A man will meet you and tell you to use the terminal to reach Blasted Ikebukuro. From Shinjuku, backtrack to the southeast to return to the remains of the counter-demon base where you emerged from then use the terminal to Blasted Ikebukuro.

Ikebukuro – Ground Zero Remains

Explore the area a bit to find some relics then enter the shelter when you find the entrance to the northeast.

Ikebukuro- Underground Shelter

There are Lu Incenses inside the northwest and southeast corner rooms. There are also a few relic points in the area as well. Continue to the middle south area then go downstairs to reach the Shelter Domain.

Shelter Domain

This domain has a map and the door to the boss demon’s room is located to the northwest corner. Save your game and prepare to battle it. You should carry Demons that have defenses against ice attacks.

LV58 Tlazolteotl

Drain: Ice

She has no elemental weakness but she can absorb Ice attacks so avoid using them obviously. You can easily win this battle as long as nobody in your party has weakness against ice. You can use Makarakarn to deflect her attacks against her and make her lose her press turns. Don’t worry about the reflected ice damage; these won’t count as “ice” damage and have the boss absorb them. Her HP is around 3200 but it shouldn’t be a problem taking her out as long as you reflect / absorb her damage.

After defeating her, another demon will appear but will just tell you a bit of a backstory about Tlazolteotl. The Quest will be complete after that.
