Introduction

Resistance Retribution is set few weeks after the original Resistance Fall of man.This tme around you follow the story of James Grason,an ex military soldier who is now taking revenge on the chimera because they made grason kill his own brother.The wole story is easily better than the original and you actually care about the characters this time so you feel more involved n the story

Graphics

The psp has definitely seen better looking games but Resistance retribution still looks quite good,mainly in the cut scenes the game has.the environments themselves set up the mood of the game very nicely.The main highlight though is the character models,the developers did a fantastic job with them giving each main character a very detailed look.

Sound

Sound is soid,the guns sound powerful and explosions throughout the game are easily the best the psp has had to date.Voice-acting was also very well done,especially the chimera sounds.

Gameplay

Gameplay for psp 3rd person shooters has always been in question,thankfully the developers got them right by not making them too complex.the left analog stick moves the character while the face buttons rotate the camera according to there position.The game also features a cover system so the controls are made much easier with the presence of cover by your side.

Lastability

The single-player last around 10 hours which for a 40$ game is in this day and age a steal,but the fun doesn't end there.the game also supports multi-player for up to 8 people online and offline.The game features 5 game modes and supports voice chat.as well as 12 ranks to achieve with un-lockable taunts along the way.

Overall

Overall this game is a must-have for psp owners,the sheer amount of content the developers put in this game is astounding and how well balanced the multi-player is also worth being commended on.the single-player is also fantastic and unlike most shooters s actually long.
