Complete the following tasks to unlock the corresponding partner. When you have unlocked the characters that have an alternative story take them to Lenny by the shoreline and select 'I want to see my partner in a new light'.
Unlock Dark Singer Carly:
Complete Jack's storyline.
Unlock Dark Signer Kalin:
Complete Yusei's storyline.
Unlock Dark Singer Misty:
Complete Akiza's storyline.
Unlock Testu Trudge:
Complete Trudge's storyline.
Unlock Yusei:
Complete Rally's storyline.
Unlock Akiza:
Use the 'UMD Recognition' option.
Unlock Enforcer Kalin:
Use the 'UMD Recognition' option.
Unlock Mina:
Use the 'UMD Recognition' option.
Unlock Mimicry:
Complete ALL page one storylines (Akiza, Yusei, Jack, etc.).
