It hasn't and as far as i know, there aren't any plans on this game ever coming out in America. I was forced to buy it off Ebay from a man in England to get it... Suffisive to say, it didn't come with the cards... But at least i have the game. I couldn't find it anywhere unopened in English. I pretty much had to bite the bullet and settle for it without getting the cards that came with it.
