Skip School then go to the red dorm the chairman should not be there. Same with any card under someone.

u have 2 b with tranno then when your finshed with him pick dort as your patern and thn go get the card

No need to skip school. Just go to meet their place on Saturday in the afternoon. They won't be there on Saturday, but they'll be there in the morning and night.

The other answers are wrong.Most of the minigame guys disappear if you skip school,but the chairman not.You need to have either Sadie or Dorothy as your partner(beat the game with 5 page1 characters) because the chairman will then work on the store and you will be able to pick the card(if you are wondering,the card is Exodia the Forbbiden One).
