You can't use them in the game at all, I think

You can't get them in yu-gi-oh!GX tag force but you can them on yu-gi-oh!GX tag force 2 but you needthe original yu-gi-oh!GX tag force to do it

You can;t get them as they do not have a definite effect and are cancelled out
