Question for Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force

I have two questions.First one is how to duel Lioside?It's that guy,who stands at the entrance of the classroom,and helps skip time before class.When you ask him to duel,he says: not now.But after class he dissapears.Where can I find him?
Question 2:In database,list of duelist,near to people like Jaden,Alexis,Bastion etc.are three figurines.First one is heart-friendship.Second one is cup for winning the tournament.And what is the third?How can I get it?
