Where is the Los Angeles mini-game?

I kept finding for the mini-game but I can't find it so can anyone tell me where it is?

Go to every garage you will see a portal that glows red go to the portal complete the minigame and you will get mr slamm but here is the catch there is a time limit but you will do fine I wish you good luck and kick some ass

On the west side of the level opposite end of the teleporter psd to sign there is a teleporter pad in one of the buildings just shoot the doors and stand on the pad to unlock the freeway salom mini game
