Rocket launch

I'm at the part at the rocket launch where you have to survive until that other guy picks you up. This may sound like the stupidest question ever, but how do you survive? You can't kill the things that shoot you, because the little wall is in the way, and when the helicopter comes to kill me, I can't aim high enough to kill him.

All you have to do is get right up next to the wall and fire, you should be able to fire over the wall. Also, try pressing the lock on button so that you can shoot them better and know where they move. For helicopters, try shooting the rocket launcher, more damage and good on ground to air battle. Hope you pass the lev.
