Use Circe and Square to find the correct file to replace a set of blue bars(they should have the same length).Use L and R to find the length needed, then move the arrows so that the blue bars you want to replace are between them. Then just use X to confirm.Once you're done, the laptop will shut down and you will need to hide. There are also some on-screen instructions.

OK.. I didn't see bars I saw a sine wave thing.
Change the amplitude (height) using the up down arrows or up/down analog stick, and the wavelength ( or width of the waves) with the left/right arrows or sideways motion of the stick. The blue wave is the one you're playing with, you need to match the other one.. when you get them on top of each other hit x.

neo137 answered:

ok highlight all the blue bars (Sams voice).
Do this by moving the cursor (2 parallel lines) using the L /R arrows on D pad to the front of the first blue bar, then extend the thickness of the cursor, by using the R button (makes wider) L button (makes narrower ) to enclose all the blue bars. Count how many blue bars,
3, 4 or 5 say then find a set of green bars (they will not look the same heights) with the same number of bars... 3, 4 or 5 as before. When you find one hit x, do that for all the bars on the screen then the screen will refresh with more bars for you to change. When the laptop closes down.. go hide in a dark spot someone is coming in.
