Did you try looking at East River Plains through the quicksand.if you have found the hidden lagoon you go there then take the path to east river plains you will see two pillars.on your left side there is a piece of the treasure map.Oh and the treasure is Beard Beards outfit and sword in the big ship.Hope this helps....
