Job for the Tribe at the Home Tiki
How can I control my crewmate and choose a job to collect resources, cook get fish, etc.? They are always sitting and chatting. I want them to be helpful to me.

As far as I know you can't unless, like the monkeys you speak to them and see if they can do jobs. But I don't think you can control them. Sorry

You can control them by pressing the left trigger and hold followed by left or right arrow key..
