Annie Howell is the night beast you can find her in deadtree at the night howl saloon.Then you would have to build a taser at a workbench(any)and use it on Annie so she can turn in to the night beast.So then you have to pay Annie 7,000 dollars for anger management classes so be ready.I was glad to help.

It,s Annie Howell she walks in a different way than everyone else and if you get a good look at the night best you will see that it has pigtails just like annie howell!
