Alright....I will tell you where that Bovinican Book is. Do you now that guy that always stands outside wearing the robe and stands close to the Kine Society and the Bar? Hes the one that talks out loud all the time. Well, he has the book and hell sell it to you for like 50 simoleons...i think. If you need more help just ask me....
