All you need to do is intimidate her and then go into the bathroom and grab the donuts. Take them to the cop dude and it's done.

Sadly, you hadda intimidate her correctly. Mambo Loa hides it in the toilet trash can. Don't tell Duncan that you got it from the can otherwise you'll be failed.

You need to intimidate Mambo loa. If she cries, then it means your intimidation is succesful. Then you can find the donut inside the trashcan in the bathroom
