Question for The Sims 2

I have got a booklet from Ronald, I quickly read through it but me being me didnt take it all in. When I have to answer the questions I keep getting them wrong, so I clicked back on the booklet but it just disappeared. I then got another one paid another $50 clicked on it and it disappeared again. Why does this keep happening?

Can someone please tell me the four sentences that the booklet tells you so I can get the questions right. It's driving me mad.

Go to the my sim screen and from there go to the page with all of your secrets on it. If you go down there will be a section about roland's pamphlet. All four of those are the answers to the questions.(these secrets will only appear if you bought the pamphlet.)
