You don't need to pass tht guy you just need him to say the code to open the door. To do this you need to have as fight with him by clicking him then social game. U also need to improve your skills to win. Then you go to tht hand scan next to the door. And type the password. Thts it you unlock the door.then you click the door and your in secret sublevel. Hope it helped

when i done that the only opened a tiny bit so i can't get through
