Where can you find the GUMFLOWER BULBS and how do I get in the meeting house, and how do I hack the keyboard?

To get the gumflower bulbs/seeds to plant,finish Deadtree goals and go to Div. 47 then go into the little shop somewhere in the barracks.
You'll eventually be told to go into the meetinghouse (Complete as many goals as you can,You'll get there!)
And I don't honestly know which keyboard
