Well the ghost in the Music rooms parts are in the box thing by Hazels pool you have to get Mechanical skill 2 so you can open the box and then you have to tlak to the maid and she'll say something to the ghost and he'll leave, and the other ghost you have to be able to go in the meeting house then go to graveyard and get the charm and give it to annie and then talk to the made again and she'll say something to make the other ghost go away!
