I'm not sure which computer you're talking about, but I think it's the one that uses the password that Issac gives you. Just use it, and select interface. What happens from there is up to you.

If you intimidate Mr. Smith, make sure that it worked right. If it didn't, it should show you losing sanity. I'm sorry I can't help you much more than that at the moment, but I haven't had time to play lately so I'm having trouble remembering the details.

I think I remember something... Issac calls you once you intimidate Mr. Smith. On the phone he gives you the password. Hope this helps!

You guys are all wrong what you do is you go to division 47 at 1am and you will see Mr.smith and you have to talk to him and than after you're done talking to him Issac calls you and gives you a code then go to the sub level and go to the computer you were talking about and then press the code that Issac gave you and then the computer will ask you some questions(I can't help you with the questions because they always change. Then the computer will tell you that you can get the teleportation unit and then you get a new perk and their will be a map keep pressing the right until you go to this circle then press x then it's up to you buddy sorry this was so long I wanted to be specific so you wouldn't get lost.
