after you've collected all of the body parts of roberta, you wud have to find dr. newlow and fight him. after that you cud get roberta's head and give it to isaac.

Actually, Roberta's head is at the Monument. When you got the teleporting thingy inside the secret floor the secret floor is inside the Barracks at the divition 47. Then going to the Monument will be a snap. P.S. the teleporting thingy is a perk.

When colected all robertas parts, then you must defeat doctor dominion. Then you will get robertas head and give it to issac rosum
