Just as others have said don't eat sleep or anything thats good for you and eventually you will die and become a ghost.

Don't eat and then you will fall down and turn as a ghost and then youll recive a call from the grin hell te ll you if you wnat to be a ghost or if you want to buy sanity points so you just say stay as a ghost and then you could go close to some one and press x and put scare and thats it hope I help

When you are a ghost go up to some one and it gives you the option of scaring them
