Im stuck in Scotland

When you are in the 3rd level and when your in scotland I have already got he bagpipes blowing I tried geting bart accross but he doesn't make it can someone please help me get to the lever pleassse!!!!!

Jump up onto the fallen stonhenge stones and double jump over the air coming out of the bagpipes and then float straight across to the top of the wall where the lever is. If that doesn't work I think there might be something wrong with the actual game itself, hope this helps?

When the air goes up double jump forward a bit and then glide accros you might not always get the right timing or you might jsut get it on your first go
