Aside from certain quests, Of what use are some of the drop Items I Obtained? For Example: I've obtained a ton of "Killer Bee Stingers" from the Killer Bees, Death Bees, and Death Bee Knights, as well as "Bat's Blood" from the Bats, Poison Bats, Flame Bats, and Ice Bats, including "Shells" from the Charge Tortoises, "Spirit Fragments from the Ice Spirits, Wind Spirits, and Breeze Spirits, and "Basilisk Scales", and "Ice Scales" from the Basilisks, and Ice Lizards, and I still haven't found any use for them as Equipment, or any crafting recipes. Can you tell me what these items are used for?

They ARE used for enhancing equipment or making ones. Maybe you haven't bought or obtained an item that uses these items you mentioned. They can also be used in making advance medicines.
