Go to douploud once you're job as a thief has rech 40 then keep doing jobs till you see a job for Rutee then do them they're 5 r-theif parts hope this helped.

If you're referring to the Radiant Equipment, do the Radiant quests as a thief and defeat the Radiant Thief 5 times: 1st for the Thief Dagger, 2nd for the Thief Jacket, Third for the Thief Domino, 4th for the Thief gloves, and 5th for the Thief Boots. If you're looking for any thief equipment, you can perchaise thief parts at the Blacksmith by talking to the weapon, and armor shop owners.
