Deliver the Grindstone

I selected the Grindstone delivery quest, but when I talk to the armor shop owner, he always says that I'm carrying too much stuff. I tried selling some of my Items to reduce my baggage, but he still won't shut up with the "You can't hold anymore" crap. Why is this?

That means that you got 15 grindstones in you invitory so sell some of those
