How do you get to glimmer spire n where do you get the light spere from? Help much appricieted

I do not know of a Glimmer sphere, or I don't remember it. But there are two spheres:
Light Sphere - Found at Aifread Tomb
Dark Sphere - Found at Shizel Castle

The glimmer sphere is located on at co-ordinates (107,22) on Inferia.
