Here:
A) For starters, take the bus to goo Lagoon and get over the ledge using summon creatures. Then battle your way down the path until you reach the lifeguard station (tip: when you get to the part where you stand over the balloon thingy you have to hit you need to bounce a water ball off the board with spikes to hit it). Then enter it. B)and I don't remember where is larry.. Sorry.. Hhe

You can find larry when you see the life guard station he just there..
