You have two levels and the boss- in the level mode- I can get all stages except the joustling. Everything I try fails- what do they mean by joustling?

Jostling means to attack or punch your rival with the circle button. To get a successful joustle, ge right behind your rival and press the circle button. I hope that was what you were looking for.
