Hi I am up to the last mission when vs otto but I need more bolts so I can buy more ammo from my pda and so I can buy the laser tracer and the static barrier so please help me.

Just try not to spend any bolts you get on your way up to Otto and save up a few grand.
Or you could learn to use all your weapons so you don't need to buy ammo for just a few weapons. That's how I beat him, that's how I suggest you do it.
