In my game Ratchet will not move faster than a slow walk. This means he cannot jump over gaps or dodge very well. Is there something wrong with my game? Other games play OK on my PSP.

It is probably your game that has a problem. If one of your friends has ratchet and clank size matters, try that on your PSP. Or it might be your PSP. My PSP had problems when I got mine. And sometimes Ratchet just walks slowly by it's self. But that is because their is something wrong with my analog stick.
Nothing is wrong with your psp in this verson of rachit & calnk rachit will not move faster that a slow walk.
But try this tip:hold 'R' & 'L' at the same time & up and tap 'X' and he will take a big leep foward it is much faster than walking

Its happened to me before all you have to is take you analog stick off the psp and put it back on and wiggle it a little
Maybe you didn't push the analog stick far or something is wrong with your PSP.
