I have got to 98% on this game the only key I can't get is the 1st one in this level I see the key under the water and I have been diving for hours and hours and I can't get it! Please could someone tell me how I get this.

Go to the colony to the rat shop buy scuba gear make sure you have 400 cheese's then you can get scuba breathe X2
I'm 98% too and I dunno what I'm missing. I got all the recipes and keys already. What else do you think should I look for? Thanks
