Lets go to the lobby level 7

I am in the room where you have to climb the shelves. There is a cup which can be moved, but where ever I move it I can't seem to get to the top shelf. Please help?

You just need to bring the cup down... To where gusteau spoke. You're supposed to get throught the crack there.
