How do I 'wear' the swim gear?

I bought the swim gear to help Remy swim better, do you have to put them on?? And if so, how do I do that??

You don't have to wear them he just swims faster streight away after you buy the gear

U not wearing it when you buy it it's help you in swimming like letting you dive and swim faster
