How do i enter pursuit force codes?

I need help on it I can't enter them I t says no cheats unlocked

u cant enter the cheats u must un lock them

it happens to me too it is really annoying but it look like on other sites that you can turn off highscores and rewards for the cheats codes then enter them in.

You haft to beat certen levels and get a good grade you cauld beat the game but still not unlocked the cheat

There is cheats already on it like invincability but if you use cheats it will not give any achieivements and it will not let you complete the mission.. I beat EVERYTHING first try till I got too toshima of the killer66 it took me like 8 tries to kill him
