Help on the building that goes DOWN into the Lava

After killing all the boys the Prince's dad boat, I end up in this building that starts sinking into the lava. I start going up, but reach a balcony at the top where I don't know what to do... What do I do?

I too am stuck on this exact spot, I do know it has something to do with using the dagger, but how I don't know(the only reason I know you have to use the dagger is the voice in "your" head tills you that you wont make it in time and to use the dagger).....
so ant help from anyone on this one would not only help 1 but at least 2 people .....me and mj269 would really appreciate it...thanks

Ok, I got an answer to this one now(i finally figured it out), you have to slow down time (you will prob have to do so 2 or 3 times) while you are climbing the sinking spiral tower...if you are quick enuf and slowed time enuf when you reach the balcony there is a legde to jump to outside on the wall, then you just jump up the ledges to the top

Make sure you hav pententy of sand and slow down time for at least 3 times
