How do I beat the twin bosses after the chariot ride through the town. They seem invincible to all of my attacks

Attack the guy with the big axe first and eventually you will get a speed kill.use that to kill him and the same on the other guy. Ok
attack the sword guy first. the view should change to show the axe guy jump-striking you. when the view changes, roll out of the way. his axe will be stuck in the ground. start hacking away! when you do this again, you can do a speed-kill.do it. repeat the process. after the second speed-kill (successfully) , you win!
Ok so what you want to do is focus all attacks on the boss with the sword, not the axe boss, the sword boss will block attacks but not deflect. As you r attacking the sword boss, the axe boss will try to kill u. That's when you dodge the axe boss's attacking and his axe will get stuck in the ground. Now unleash you're fury on his back. The next time you will start a speed kill and hit both of them if done correctly. All you have to do now is repeat until victorious!
