Question for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest

I've got 24 treausure maps 97% complete and i'm stuck on the tia dalmas swamp you know the place where you have to close the shutters and then when you get to the top and you walk across the wood beams but it collapse underneath you, can someone help me in trying to get across I know there is a way because on the other side is that skull and bones that light up when you're beside them

There is no way to cross the beam. I believe you need to go to "The Lost Amulet" and go to the tree with the three skeletons hanging down, and just before the first gate there should be an opening to the right. That is the one I had the most trouble finding.
