Definitely The Miata for Street Cross,But When Drifting, Use The Neon
For Advanced:Use The Skyline Nor The Corvette For The Lap Knockout,In Drag, I Recommend The Charger
Nor The Mustang GT500 Something For It.
For Speed:Definitely The Corvette Nor The Miata
For Grip:Neon for Beginners, Eclipse For Advanced
For A Headstart:The Skyline

Get neon - it's the cheapest one and you can tune it from the start more than the rest starters, but to be able to drift get the mx-5
