I got some cheats for NFS : carbon own the city and don't know where 2 enter them. HELP!

the codes doesnt work for nfs:c:otc on PSP, perhaps on other platforms ... (?)

I try to do the codes but eavry time I press x on the start screen it puts me in the main menu
