Where or what is the start menu where you enter cheats

It is the page before it shows your car and asks if you want to do quick play or something.
Do the first 3-4 races then you have to choose a car : nissan 240x,mazda speed3 or mitsubishi lancer evo 8...after that you should see a menu (race map,start free roam,my cars,my crew etc) press back and there's the main menu (career,quick race,my nfs=options etc)
