What are the best setup for your car in cereer mode

I can't get a really fast setup for Talladega and Daytona I have tried and tried and I want to be faster at the other tracks I will trade setups for the road courses and the small tracks like Bristol and Martinsville and some other track setups

On Daytona, all you really have to do to the car setup is have it set to default setup and adjust the gear ratio.

In the restrictor-plate tracks (Talladega and Daytona ), you have to adjust the settings to go fast in 8000 rpm. You can't use the final 2000 rpm because the torque drops instantaneously after 8000 rpm. This means that you have shift up at 8000 rpm to receive maximum acceleration .
