It is best to use Itachi in defeating student sasuke and naruto. But make sure to use "Amaretasu" as his jutsu. You will also need the "chakra that recovers by itself" scroll in order to continuously apply Amaretasu without losing chakra.
For me...the very easier and fastest way to win is use any character that enable to use feather illusion jutsu,then make sure your ninjutsu apply that to make opponent fall asleep every you use that jutsu,it's more easier when you use continuous chakra to make ultimate jutsu fluently when opponent fall asleep,if the opponent realize just use that feather illusion jutsu...then fluently use subtitution jutsu to repel enemy attack...I never lose in any ultimate difficulty if I use this strategy
