Ok, whenever I try to get my sasuke's attributes stronger it won't let me get any more point I have 12000 points and I can't get any more help.

Yeah because they have a limit to increasing your attribute and BTW it's not all about attributes I won the entire game using weak people with crappy attributes
It's because that is the limit of points any ninja can have.
