How do you get an S Rank on Chapter 2? I've been able to get S Ranks on all the other Missions, except this one. The hidden bonus task is to not take any damage, but even after successfully completing that task, I still get C and D ranks. Any advice?

Well for me , I used Sasuke. All I did was avoid the bandits/enemies and when in boss battles (just like Shikamaru and Temari) , I used chidori once or twice.
