It's easy I did it by first training naruto to level 35 and increased shadow clone jutsu to lv.5 and K.Oed him before he took any puppets out.

It is very easy the way I did is play as neji and keep hitting him with the 64 palms and he will die easily I have sasuke on lvl 99 and by doing this just get his chidori or chidori stream on lvl 9 and he will own everything

Here's how: Make sure you have a lot of Flashing Kunai, or Clone Flashing kunai with you. I used Tenten at first because she was a long ranged fighter, but then I tried using Shikamaru, and he can actually take him out pretty quickly. When the Battle begins, wait fr him to use his "Performace of a Hundred Puppets, and then Hit him with the Shadow Paralysis Jutsu. Just make sure you've leveled up this technique to a high enough level that it attacks 3 enemies at a time(Which should be around Lv. 3 or higher). Then when he fights without the Puppets, lock onto him with the L button, then hit him with the Flashing Kunai to stun him. Activate Hyper Mode when he's stunned and pound him with the Shadow Strangle jutsu by repeatedly tapping the O button, and he'll go down in seconds. Just be sure you've raised the Shadow Strangle technique high enough and you'll defeat him in seconds.

Use neji and level him up you can use palm rotation to the puppets and then use 8 trigrams 64 palms to sasori keep doing it and you will win

I trained hard and my sasuke is 99 lv. Now but when I beated sasori with sasuke for firsth time he was lv.60
