What's the Highest Level of a Character, and what's the maximum level for a Scroll? I've noticed that A Character Scroll stops leveling up at Lv.9, and that the maximum level for a Special Scroll is 25. But I don't know the Maximum Level of other Scrolls? Also, How do I obtain Character Scrolls? EX: Lv.1 Roaring Crow Scroll, Lv.1 Sand Coffin Scroll, Lv.1 Chidori Stream Scroll, etc. Depending on the Character I use, I'm still Having trouble obtaining a Roaring Crow Scroll for Kankuro, Which I'm trying to get to it's highest level.
