Yamato, and/or Choji would be your best bet for completing that Mission.
For Yamato, use Water Style: Ripping Torrent, and for Choji, use Super Slap.
Also, you're going to need Immunity to Numbing, and Paralysis the Most, being as Itachi Shows up as the Boss in this Fight.
Amagiri Secrets, and Null Paralysis Scrolls work Best. But you'll need to equip Lv. 5 or Higher Scrolls to beat Itachi.
But take care of the Nieba Monsters first, being as you can't let 10 get by you, or you'll fail.
I finished that in my first time
You need to equip book of attacks (true) and books of attacks (max) to beat itachi.
