What I did is I attacked his legs with Short Combos for the most Damage, and so I could finish him quickly. I also substituted when he spun around. Also When you hit him enough, He'll fall over onto his side. When that happens, use assist Attacks, as well as combos.
You can also leave a trail of Paper Bombs for him to run over.
I don't know which area your fighting him in,(Hidden Dream village, or the Lava Cavern)But if you're fighting him in the lava Cavern, if you walk behind one of the Lava puddles, you'll be safe from all his attacks except his Blue Flame orbs, which he only uses when he uses all his strength.
Also, Equip 3 Scrolls from the List to everyone:

Null Complete Seal Lv. 4
Book of Attacks Lv. 4
Book of Health Lv. 4
Book of Chakra Lv. 4
Null Confusion Lv. 2
Null Chaos Lv. 4
Hidden Dream Tome Lv. 4
Hirasaka Secrets Lv. 4
Amagiri Secrets Lv. 4
You're going to need immunity to Sealing and Complete Sealing the most in this fight.
