How do I get the great paper bomb burst I mean when I fight the 2 tails I run out of regular bombs and the shuriken won't help and when I try to punch it it just spins and my friends die and you can't attack the legs so what now what do you need to beat the false 2 tails and get the great paper bombs and I try to use both ninja tools but I just makes more shuriken what do I do

To get the "Great Paper Bomb", Complete the Free A-Rank Mission: "The Leaders", and to Get the "Paper Bomb(Burst)", Complete Free B-Rank Mission "One From the Earth"(NOTE: It doesn't matter What your score is at the end, as long as you successfully finish it)

As for the 2-Tails, Equip 3 Scrolls from the list to everyone:

Book of Attacks Lv. 2
Book of Attacks Lv. 3
Book of Attacks Lv. 1
Null Seal Lv. 1
Null Seal Lv. 2
Null Complete Seal Lv. 3
Null Complete Seal Lv. 4

Then when the Battle with the 2-Tails Starts, Wait for him to stop Running, and turn around.
Then attack his legs with the (Circle, Triangle) Combo for the Most Damage.

Also, When he stops moving, Use Assist attacks, Like you were doing before, wait for the 2-Tails to face you, then leave a trail of Paper Bombs, Great Paper Bombs, and/or Paper Bomb(Burst) to damage him.

Then when he falls over, use Assist Attacks, and Short Combos to take him down Fast.
When he gets Serious, he'll rush you more often, and When He uses all his Strength, he'll shoot Fireballs that will Seal your Chakra upon receiving that attack if you don't have the Seal and/or Complete Seal Immunity Scroll equipped.

Also, If you have the Regeneration Tag(Can be found in the "Protected Princess" Free Mission), Equip it to Sakura, Then your health will Continuously Recover So long as you are within Range of it.

Great Paper Bomb(Burst) can be found by completing SS Mission: The Wolves' Dream.
